What to Bring to
Your First Appointment
- Questions relating to your injury or problem
- Any relevant investigations or reports relating to your injury or condition if you have them (x-rays, ultrasounds, MRI’s etc)
- Referral letter from your Doctor (where needed)
- Claim information such as claim number and case manager name and details
Do I Need a Referral?
YES
If claiming your injury or condition through a third party such as ReturnToWorkSA, Medicare Enhanced Primary Care Plan or Department of Veteran Affairs.
NO
If attending as a private patient, paying for treatment yourself or using your private health Extras cover.
Private Health Insurance
ReturnToWorkSA and / or Third Party Claims
This is for clients who sustain an injury related to their work or a motor vehicle accident. We will require a referral and all relevant claim details including a claim number. Your referral could be from a GP, specialist, claims manager or other allied health professional.
Medicare
(Enhanced Primary Care Plan)
If we are seeing you under a Medicare Enhanced Primary Care Plan (EPC), you will need a signed plan from your GP for occupational therapy or physiotherapy. Up to 5 sessions are available with a reimbursement of $60.35 per appointment. Full payment is required at each appointment but our staff will assist with processing your rebate from Medicare using your Medicare card and Cheque/Savings Eftpos card.
National Disability Insurance Scheme
(NDIS)
Department of Veterans’ Affairs
(DVA)
If we are seeing you under DVA you will need a referral from your doctor prior to the consultation. Gold & White Card holder status provides eligibility for accessing this scheme. Please ask our friendly administrative team how this may apply to you.

Guide to Consultation Fees
Our fees for service vary depending on the level of rebate or reimbursement our clients may access. As a general guide, our initial consultation is $149 for privately paying clients, with follow-up consultations $99.
- Our initial appointments are usually up to 45 minutes in duration and follow-up appointments up to 30 minutes in duration.
- Longer appointments may be required for multiple issues, complex problems or fabrication of splints and will incur a higher fee accordingly.
- Any splints and equipment recommended are in addition to consultation fees.
