Jacqui Langley

Jacqui graduated from the University of South Australia in 1995 with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Occupational Therapy. She then spent 14 years working in the United Kingdom with experience in large teaching hospitals giving her exposure to major trauma cases, as well as in private practice. Jacqui joined SA hand Therapy in 2011 on her return to Australia. She is an Associate Member of the Australian Hand Therapy Association and a member of Occupational Therapy Australia.

During her time in the UK, Jacqui attended 18 specialist national training courses including Advanced Dynamic and Static Splinting, Management of Hand and Wrist trauma, Neurosplinting and Management of Spasticity. In Australia, she has participated in David Butler’s training in ‘Graded Motor Imagery’ to assist clients living with chronic pain, as well the ‘Clinical Reasoning around the Wrist’ course.

Her areas of personal focus and interest include post operative management of trauma cases, especially tendon injuries and splint fabrication. ​Jacqui consults at Mawson Lakes and North Adelaide clinics.
