Profile

Brad completed a Bachelor of Health Sciences & Masters of Occupational Therapy degree, graduating in 2017 from Flinders University. Throughout his studies, Brad had a keen interest in hand therapy. This interest in all upper limb conditions, postural strengthening and ergonomics was enhanced with placement and work experience opportunities in hand therapy that lead him to a position at SA Hand Therapy.

Sport, particularly football has always been a passion of Brads. Throughout his studies, he worked his way up to a senior role with Sturt Football Club. This provides opportunities for Brad to manage a range of acute, general and upper limb injuries in which he can provide the rehabilitation necessary to return to an elite level. Brad has also been given the position of a sports trainer for the AFL football club, West Coast when they travel to Adelaide.

Placement and research experience throughout Brad’s study has provided many skills to work with a variety of presentations, with a strong passion to learn and develop his skills in new and existing areas of Hand therapy. Brad currently consults at Daw Park and Mawson Lakes.
